In her own company Liz strives to foster a family environment where members of the team respect and support each other and do everything in their power to maximise the success of the company.

Liz explains her belief in hiring people who are strong where she is weak. Liz also believes in Dr Meredith Belbin’s assertion that nobody is perfect but a team can be. By this he meant that we all have our individual strengths and weaknesses, but if you put together the right mix of personalities in the team, you can build a perfect team.

Liz asserts that there is power in humility. As managing director she may be at the top of her company, but she positions herself at the bottom; ensuring all members of the team have all of the skills, capability, motivation and everything else they need to do a great job for clients.
